ASMS 2026 Poster: FIA Enables GWAS of Lipids and Metabolites with Genomic Variants

This poster presented at ASMS 2026 discusses how GMet's proprietary flow injection analysis (FIA) was used in the Dallas Heart Study to enable population-scale metabolome profiling. The tool identified previously reported, as well as novel gene-metabolite associations that would have otherwise been challenging using conventional, untargeted metabolomics methods.
