Upon request GMet can provide Multi Omics services that integrate genomics or gene expression data (RNASeq) provided by a customer with newly acquired metabolomics data using its peer-reviewed multi omics analysis software. GMet’s integrated omics services utilize network-based algorithms for omics data integration. In these studies, customers provide GMet with their differential gene expression data for each experimental comparison of interest. Those data are then analyzed together with metabolomics data. Integrative omics results are provided by GMet as a network-based representation of the statistically convergent features across the two datasets.
Deliverables include a text-based representation of the integrated network connectivity as well as an interactive viewer in which to visualize and interrogate the network.
