APPLICATIONS
Because GMet’s tools can work time and cost efficiently, they can facilitate the incorporation of metabolomics in population based research. GMet can enable statistically powered assessment and segmentation of patient populations, including interrogation of disease natural history and responder ID analysis when longitudinal data is available.
Often, genomics data is available for disease populations, and GMet’s multi omics profiling tools can be employed to characterize populations in multiple dimensions simultaneously. When linked to treatment response data, any of these unbiased readouts can lead to biomarkers of likely responders in clinical trials.
Most importantly, GMet’s tools enable large cohort characterization in just a few weeks at a cost that can fit within a typical research budget.
